INTRODUCTION

PAYMENT
  1. We charge one month salary as a service charge (finding maid for you) from the clients plus GST 18% will be extra Have to pay at the time of joining the candidate for a year.the client have to pay one time payment (not every year) in favour of maidwale.
  2. The salary of the maid starts from the day he or she starts working and needs to be paid on a monthly basis directly to the maid.
  3. After complete a month client hold salary candidate 5 to 10 days for security purpose.
  4. Maidwale will not be responsible if you choose to give any advance salary or goods to the domestic help.
  5. An invoice will be sent to the client upon commencement of employment and the agency fee
SECURITY
  1. The client will check the bags, purse or any other thing that the maid is carrying before the maid enters the home and before the maid leaves the house.
  2. Maidwale provide the candidate document with contract copy e.g. Aadhar card /pan card address proof and relatives contact number
  3. Maid not allow go out of the client house. If the candidate want to go out of the house required permission Sir/Mam.
  4. The client can submit document of the candidate near by police station for security purpose.
REPLACEMENT
  1. Replacement period of the maid will be 12 months from the date of joining of the first maid with a unlimited replacements but if for any reason the client wants to cancel the contract no refund will be given.
  2. In case you do not like the maid kindly give a notice of 15 days before you release the maid so that we can find a better quality maid for you. The maid which has been sent for replacement cannot be offered less salary than the first maid.
  3. The client agrees that the maid will be not be tortured, harmed mentally or physically .Also the client cannot increase the work or reduce the salary of the maid other than what was discussed during the interview and Job description. If the maid leaves due to any such reason, Maidwale will not replace the maid and neither refund the placement charges paid by the client.
  4. In case the maid is absent because she is unwell/family emergency, no replacement will be given if the maid promises to join back as soon as possible. When she is healthy/fit for work. In case the maid does not join back within 10 days, you can ask us for replacement.
  5. If the invoice are settled and due to any reason the candidate resigns then a free replacement will be provided as mentioned above. Usually the time taken for the replacement but it may very depending on the availability. Of maid In case of an likely event of we not able to give you a replacement with in 20 days and a credit note will be issued of entire amount that you paid to us which you can use for any maidwale services in he future.
  6. The replacement untill not given the maid will reach to place that time you have leave first maid .replacement given that time you have to give them salary .
HOLIDAYS
  1. In a month only two holidays allow.If any reason the candidate wants more holidays required permission Sir or Mam.
  2. All solicitation are subjected to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.

When you hire a maid or any other candidate from Maidwale., it is understood that you have agreed upon the above mentioned terms even if you have not signed this document. I read all the above terms & condition and agree to contract.
